• Derriford Hospital – Feasibility study for the reconfiguration of offices to Level 7 of. Anticipated Contract Value £300,000
• Derriford Hospital – Contract administration and principal designer for a project to replace the Air Handling Unit to Mayflower ward. Contract value £225k
• Derriford Hospital – Feasibility study including space planning and cost advice to inform the proposed remodelling of the ENT (Ear, nose and throat) department. Anticipated Contract Value £30k

Design, procurement and implementation commissions

• Plymouth Cumberland Centre – The installation of a new X-ray trailer (HGV) provision.   Contract Value £60k
• Plymouth Cumberland Centre – Reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing x-ray facility. Contract value £400k
• Planned Investigation Unit (PIU) and Lind Research Department Refurbishment and Remodelling of 500 sqm of ward space. The Lind Department comprised of a new reception and office, 5 bed ward, accessible WC and shower room, private bedroom, patient and staff kitchens, consulting rooms and mini research lab. The PIU space saw the conversion of existing seminar and clinical teaching space into two day patient wards.  Contract Value £850k
