Planned Investigation Unit (PIU) and Lind Research Department Refurbishment and Remodelling of 500 sqm of ward space. The Lind Department comprised of a new reception and office, 5 bed ward, accessible WC and shower room, private bedroom, patient and staff kitchens, consulting rooms and mini research lab. The PIU space saw the conversion of existing seminar and clinical teaching space into two day patient wards. Contract Value £850k
