Liam is the newest member of the team and is currently finishing his final year of a Building Surveying degree at the University of Plymouth. Recently completing a year in industry at an international construction consultancy, he was able to gain hands on experience of Building Surveying, Project Management and Design and Specification works. After an informal meeting with company directors Pete and Sarah, Liam applied for a position at King Welsh excited to get involved in the projects discussed and to continue gaining valuable industry experience alongside his studies.

Before starting his degree, Liam worked self employed as a carpenter completing many projects all over the southwest. This has provided him with a strong foundation to build his career upon in the field of surveying. Once he has completed his degree, Liam plans to continue his career path and begin his APC journey to become a chartered member of RICS. Liam has a keen interest in sustainable construction and looks forward to continuing his career and applying his previous site and industry experience to his work at King Welsh.

Out of work hours, Liam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and has a passion for music, both seeing live bands and building on his record collection.
