Our client, who performed the role of construction manager, appointed King Welsh following the acquisition of this site just outside Exeter.
The design had been previously developed, prior to our appointment and we were requested carry out design refinements to the previously approved plans, along with detailed design information for building control approval and pricing purposes.
As part our service, we secured party wall agreements for the project and oversaw the Health and Safety elements of the construction phase. The stunning development was recently completed and sold immediately.
The project has now been successfully completed and recently occupied.
