King Welsh and Individual members of our team have worked with DSFRS for a number of years. We have delivered a wide range of consultancy services in respect of a varied range projects across the DSFRS estate.
King Welsh have most recently been appointed by Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service as project manager, quantity surveyor and principal designer for the re-development of four Fire Station throughout Devon and Somerset, including a new station Brixham.
Brixham – New Build – Project Cost £1,400,000
Of the four projects Brixham has been progressed and is currently on site and progressing well. The confined site, challenging ground conditions and Covid-restrictions have been challenging, however we anticipate the project being delivered on time and on budget.
