About us

Our core delivery area covers our home county of Devon, neighbouring Cornwall and the wider south west peninsula. We also have a track record of delivering advisory consultancy further afield, throughout the UK and overseas.

We undertake commissions and projects of all sizes, from those requiring just a few hours of consultancy to major construction projects in excess of £30 million.

Our values encompass everything we do and through these, we strive to continuously strengthen our business, aiming to meet and exceed the changing demands of clients.

Our Approach

Our approach is based on gaining a thorough understanding of our clients’ strategic vision and organisational goals, emphasising the intrinsic link between corporate planning and the use of physical assets.

This allows us to work with clients to consider and optimise conflicting priorities around asset utilisation, investment, performance, sustainability and whole-life operation. We believe in implementing asset strategies and plans which enhance client frontline delivery performance by focusing on an integrated approach to people, technology and built assets.

Utilising our experience and core skills, we create practical and sustainable asset solutions which deliver optimum use of built assets in support of organisational strategy.

Whether dealing with building maintenance, defects, regulatory compliance refurbishments or adaptations, our building surveyors compliment the wider services offered by our multidisciplinary professional team. Our specialist advice and services include the Party Wall Act, space planning, planning advice and pre-acquisition due diligence.
